Stunning vintage Eisenberg Original fur clip featuring an impressive arrangement of large, brilliant clear rhinestones in an elegant dimensional design.
The centerpiece is an exceptionally large faceted oval rhinestone surrounded by graduated round and oval stones, with a large pear-shaped rhinestone accent at the bottom. The stones are individually prong-set in a silvertone setting, creating the bold, glamorous look for which early Eisenberg jewelry is so highly collected. There is a stone setter stamp, the letter V.
The reverse is signed EISENBERG ORIGINAL and retains its original double-prong fur clip mechanism.
Measurements: Approximately 3” long x 2” wide.
Condition: Vintage condition with age-related wear to the metal and setting. Some of the rhinestones show varying degrees of age, discoloration/cloudiness and surface wear, which can be seen in the photographs. The large center stone remains wonderfully dramatic and reflective. Please review all photos carefully as they are an important part of the condition description.
A beautiful and substantial example of early Eisenberg costume jewelry and a wonderful piece for the serious vintage rhinestone jewelry collector.
